Three Graces

Canova’s The Three Graces takes pride of place in the current Tate Britain show, Return Of The Gods: Neo-classical Sculpture

This is a free show and highly recommended.

I have decided to commemorate the show by painting a canvas in oil and charting the progress of the painting on the web site. . The canvas is 50 x 40 cms

This cartoon is the beginning.

At the end of this process the painting will be delivered to the successful bidder in an auction for the benefit of this web site.
